Charles began his career in the sports medicine and rehabilitation field by earning an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy from Becker Junior College in Worcester, MA. In 1986, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of New England in Biddeford, ME. Charles joined Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Specialists in 1989 and while working full time, earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions, in Boston, MA. In addition to his Physical Therapy background, Charlie is also a licensed EMT-B and Call firefighter. Charles and his wife have four children, and while he may laugh at the thought of "free time", Charles enjoys weight training, martial arts, and running.
