OSMS Weather Cancellation Policy
Winter weather is a part of living in New England so please note the following Weather Cancellation Policy for Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Specialists, Inc.:
1. Your Safety is Our Foremost Concern
While not all weather should be cause for cancellation, we also feel that you should not travel if you feel it is not in your best interest due to physical limitations or personal comfort in driving in inclement weather. Please contact us if you feel that it is unsafe for you to get to your appointment. Every effort will be made to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
2. You Will Be Notified if the Clinic Plans to Close
In the event that OSMS decides to close due to inclement weather we will notify all scheduled patients and attempt to reschedule appointments. We do not rely on the local public school systems to make our decision. So, unless you hear from us please assume that the clinic is open.
3. Check Our Facebook Page or Call the Clinic
